Google has just slipped a few new features into Google maps today.
1. the zoom and unzoom feature is a smooth continuous transition instead of point to point i.e. local.live.com
2. the links to the right of the search box at the top of the page have been moved under the search box and are now formatted as ‘tabs’
3. double click on a map location and it zooms (I can’t remember if this was there before, but thought it worth a mention anyway) i.e. Yahoo Maps!
