Google integrates more services

by Roger Kondrat on August 11, 2006

As of today google has begun launching full non-beta gmail services in Australia and New Zealand. Its anticipated that this full release is just the beginning and that soon we will be experiencing gmail as a full release. The side effect of that is that the invite only club is being abolushed in favour of the more generic and less viral marketing method ’signup here’. Oh well.

But this morning I was checking my gmail and noticed something else as well. The services bar at the top that usually contains links like calendar, gmail, google has been expanded to contain all services, photos, and spreadsheets. This is great because I like deeper integration especially with my email as I spend so much more time in my email than anywhere else.

Here are a couple snap shots if you please.
