Internet Explorer 8 is finally available - Developers only

Microsoft has announced the availability of Internet Explorer (IE) 8 for download by the public (developers only!) and so we should expect some reviews of it soon.

Honestly it is such a ‘developers only’ build that we are not even going to download it.  Weird barriers such as the inability to access Windows Update scare us a bit as we tend to laziness when it comes to our one (communal) Windows machine.
