One final note on my day off (today)

I was reading this great blog post and I am strongly considering going down this path. If you read it and agree with his suggestions then let me know.
Basically is blog post suggests that blogging less can mean a higher quality of articles and more reader enjoyment.
Do you think you would enjoy TechWinter more if we blogged less and kept writing those bigger more interesting pieces once or twice a week?

I only write my mobile features once a week - and I struggle to stay fresh for that!
Hahaha. Yeah I could get a team but most bloggers have a fierce independent streak so it is hard. I am working on it! :)

I am more into "Twitter" world, as I think that is great to exchange thoughts, read few suggested articles. I kind of feel Twitter type knowledge sharing is way forward, in one way to reduce the "noise" and pick "quality" as suggested by your chosen communities.

I am glad you like it but twitter is alot of noise too you know, they all are really. The trick is to come up with your own ways of filtering and if you have a technique on Twitter than that is really great!.

I prefer reading shorter quality posts everyday. Sometimes you don't have time to read the longer ones everyday. I would recommend writing shorter posts during the week and then having a longer featured post once a week on e.g a Sunday when everyone has time to read it. What do you guys think?
Hi Saf, I am tending towards your line of thinking as I believe and others have stated to me that many articles in a 'Web' with so much mediocre content is neither a competitive proposition for TechWInter or satisfying our daily readers (I believe).

agreed. many times shorter posts can also be written ahead of time and scheduled, then take the time to do longer posts. mix it up.
I think if I keep away from 'news' and keep our primary focus on 'information' then it will be easier for write in advance and keep our santity.
