Experimenting with Seesmic - Talking for a few minutes about Interns

It is that time of year when companies hire interns to perform all the mindless junior duties their staff wouldn’t wish on their worst enemy (being dramatic for effect). I talk more about this and an issue I have with startups and some of their hiring practices.
