Verizon Finally Rolls Out Nougat Update For Samsung Galaxy S7 & S7 Edge

Recently, all the major United States carriers have already gone through with the Android Nougat update for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. And the Verizon was trailing behind, but it is finally catching up – so you can snatch Google’s latest right away. Verizon has also announced that it rolls out the Nougat update for the users of Samsung Galaxy S7 & S7 Edge smartphone.

The official update follows a Galaxy Beta program, which let users try out the new version of the operating system on their Galaxy smartphones. The one of the best known Verizon retailers dropped out after a month, leaving its users in a dilemma – either they want to stay in beta or get back to the Marshmallow operating system.

Verizon updates are pretty much the same as the other retailers provides, it has the latest Android security patch from February 1st, 2017, the user interface UI stays the same. The only difference is that the Verizon got rid of the go90 app.

Now that all the major carrier bough the Samsung Galaxy S7 & S7 Edge smartphone have the update to the latest generation Android Nougat, but only the Unites States unlocked devices are stranded with the Marshmallow operating system. There is no word when they will also taste the new sweet candy named Android 7.0 Nougat OS.
